About PZP

Point Zero Press is a small press of translated poems and prose from across the Americas as well as a New York City-focused cultural platform.

We publish texts from Latin America’s literatures, including those that lend new shapes to environmental writing.

Our name derives from the starting place of a journey and from vanguardist notions of “originality”. Any place can be a point zero.

Our press grew out of conversations between neighbors in the Ridgewood section of Queens, N.Y., and has expanded into a web of collaborators living in Latin America and Europe.
